By using Korriv, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these terms. If you are using Korriv on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Korriv is a free AI-powered interview coaching platform. We provide personalized coaching, practice questions, and preparation resources to help job seekers prepare for interviews. The service is powered by third-party AI technology provided by Anthropic.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Korriv to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the platform
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Upload content containing sensitive personal information of third parties without consent

5. Content You Provide

When you upload your resume or other materials, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Korriv a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering coaching responses. We do not use your personal content to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Coaching responses are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, legal advice, or guarantees of employment outcomes. You should use your own judgment when applying any suggestions provided by the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Korriv platform, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Korriv Interview Prep. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Korriv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that coaching responses will result in successful job outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korriv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
