Privacy Policy

We keep this simple: Korriv collects only what is necessary to provide you with interview coaching. We do not sell your data. We do not use your resume or coaching sessions to train AI models.

1. What We Collect

When you use Korriv, we may collect the following information:

Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account
Content you provide: Resume text, job descriptions, company research, and any other information you enter into the platform
Session data: Coaching responses saved to your account (only if you choose to save them)
Usage data: Page views and feature usage through Vercel Analytics (anonymized)
Feedback: Any feedback you voluntarily submit through our feedback form

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

Deliver personalized interview coaching responses
Save your prep sessions when you choose to do so
Send you account-related communications (password resets, etc.)
Improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
Respond to feedback you submit

3. How We Do Not Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties
We do not use your resume or session content to train AI models
We do not share your information with advertisers
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that affects your rights

4. Third-Party Services

Korriv uses the following third-party services to operate:

Anthropic: Processes your resume and job description to generate coaching responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data sent to their API.
Supabase: Stores your account information and saved sessions securely. Data is stored in the United States.
Vercel: Hosts the platform and provides anonymized analytics.
Formspree: Processes feedback form submissions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your saved sessions
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

Korriv is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
